What do you do when Covid cancels the party? You deliver the party to everyone!
While planning this first birthday party, it became clear that the pandemic was going to prevent friends and family and friends from attending. Since we were going with a Peter Rabbit theme, we created these little baskets with a bunny, monogrammed egg with candy inside, and personalized activity sheets. We hand delivered these to friends and family in town, and mailed to those who lived further away.
This party was in the early days of the pandemic when everyone was under pretty strict quarantine, and social distancing was relatively new and hard on all of us. I loved these baskets because they not only served as an invitation, but also provided a fun little surprise and activity for the kids!
